Sanderson Farms — Attraction in Kinston

OMG it’s been 6 hrs still no door listen if you’re a O/O make sure you get paid good to PU from here and make sure you have a full clock because you will be out of hrs from the waiting this place makes you never want to eat a piece of chicken again you have to ride around looking for parking there’s no designated place there’s no signs to tell you what to do or where to go stop at the gate it looks like there’s nobody there and nobody is going to come out you go in you will get a paper then you go to the scale drive all the way to the end make a right straight ahead is the scale drive on the scale get out and get your ticket you drive off the scale take the 1st right then make another right park on the right and go down on left there are some stairs that’s where you check in take Guard shack paper and scale ticket into that office then you just drive until you find somewhere and don’t be surprised if your asked to move a couple of times I was told there’s overnight parking but good luck with that I will keep you posted…. 7 hrs later and I just got a door there’s no numbers on the doors so ask...

Schedule for Sunday delivery (cross-dock), arriving early A.M. Guard has no clue. Yard dog points me to the door; about the only helpful person around. Shipping Supervisor finally shows up around 1145 A.M. and says that he’ll have me unloaded shortly. Then said I could take a “Ten” hr break but with a question style sentence- took an attitude when I said I just had a “Ten” an hour ago before I drove straight here. Waited for a bit after he seems to be done unloading my trailer to wait for another 25 mins as he moves the load I just brought in from the trailer he swap to next to me to the other various trailers in doors. I’m then told I can move to weigh out (why? It’s a delivery) so I can bring that paperwork back to the shipping desk and wait for another 5 mins to be told I can leave - and told with attitude by the shipping supervisor.

If we drivers don’t take a stand to this type...

I don’t know what and how to say about this company. They are very slow for live load. Don’t recommend drivers to come here, if you have to just pack your for for days and no bathrooms and waiting areas for drivers. They don’t even consider drivers work on time, they don’t respond professionally even. I have bad experience waiting here on dock for more than 24hrs and still counting even after i got loaded the lady gave me my paperwork and waiting just...
