I train here occasionally. For the most part it’s easily located and has parking above and below the stairs. Around the stairs is thick brush and forest which makes it a little creepy to climb late at night. I always bring my dog when I climb by myself at night otherwise it might be wise to carry mace. The stairs are not paved but made out of beams of wood filled in with dirt and rocks. This makes each step a little longer and the ground underneath you less predictable. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing but could be a problem for some people. There is a railing to hold onto if needed. 210 stairs (steps) from top to bottom.

One of my favorite places to do some conditioning. When the weather is nice I love it here. The steps are wood so they get slippery when wet. That's why I only come here when it's dry for a few days. There are around 210 steps. I usually try to do 10 sets. It's an awesome workout.

These stairs are amazing for getting your pulse pumping! We live across the street from them, so it’s also very convenient! The stairs themselves are very nice, but also be sure to explore the abundant trails that are all along Forbes Creek Drive. There are many entrances, including one to the left at the base of the stairs. All of the trails in the woods don’t lead up to one another, so make sure you check out the other entrances along the road. My favorite is the little known waterfall. Check it out, you won’t be...

The stairs are great for a workout. The hiking area is right next to it. A couple of different trails. But they do get muddy and slippery when it rains. The park in the top is great for kids to play, picnic, etc. Dog friendly. No pass requirement was posted, I think because it...
