Cutts Island Trail — Attraction in Kittery

This is a nice area to walk around for a little while. I was there since I was staying in nearby Amesbury MA for work the night before and after. Technically I don't think I should've been in Maine since I didn't really quarantine. But if you are just looking to take a walk on your own, then there should be no problems. Although it wasn't very fun to get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Don't be like me....

We walked most of the trail on our way to a memorial service nearby. Time was limited so we could not make it all the way out to the end. Part of the trail parallels a wetland which must be a fine place for birders other than at midday on a hot July scorcher. Great hiking loop with an opportunity to see some great views and native wildlife. Relatively easy and possible for all ages. Very family friendly. Seems to be dog friendly as well.
