Here’s a big #traveltip for making sure your next #triptoalaska isn’t a big disappointment. (Plus, isn’t this beach on #kodiakisland beautiful???) #beachtok #alaska #beaches #water #ocean #fog #naturetok #alaskatok

The views are beautiful, there are a lot of great areas to camp, and a lot of parking for day or overnight use. Bathrooms are accessible, though I suggest bringing your own toilet paper, Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer. Not the cleanest nor best smelling bathrooms, but what do you expect when you're using a large hole in the ground with a toilet on top? If you go to fish, you will be battling others for the fish that swim up the river. Cover as much of yourself as possible, you never know when a stray fly hook might hit you.

Nice little gravel sided creek. Must pay to park ($5/day park, $20/night to camp, $10/bundle of wood) and there are pit toilets, and a few picnic tables as well. Probably room for 25-35 or so vehicles to park between the 2 parking spots.
