Bluff Top Vineyard & Winery — Attraction in La Crescent

I was given my 1st bottle as a gift. It was the rhubarb wine. Boy, was it GOOD. Next I tried a bottle of dry wine. Not a fan of dry wine, but I am a fan of this dry wine. I had to personally text the winery and tell them how GOOD it was. The Owners were very appreciative for the comments.

If you are able to get them shipped to you, I suggest that you do. A VERY GOOD MINNESOTA WINE.

now I have to admit that I do know the owners. They are my ex-relatives. My X-Wife is their Sister so you'd think I'd be negative.

Good wine, good atmosphere, great service is what to be expected at this little family owned winery. We were able to sit outside on a lovely early afternoon. Sampled the wine and took 2 bottles home. We were greeted by Deb, the owner. Super friendly and of course very knowledgeable about the place, the history, the grapes and the wines. All customers are invited to walk through the rows of wines and sample the same right from the vines. The route to the top of the mountain is very pretty. My wife and I went there Saturday, July 22nd. Loved it. The owners, Deb and Paul are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable! Nice atmosphere to the place. There was musical entertainment that day. Jim Knutson and his Steel Pan did an awesome job! Wine tasting is free and bottle prices are fair. The wines are all good. A couple are excellent! They currently are only offering 4 wines but there are more to come. It is well worth the trip and not far off the beaten path, being within a couple miles of either US 61/14 and I-90 along Winona...
