Mark Twain Casino — Attraction in La Grange

I was very disappointed in my experience at the casino. I receive coupons regularly in the mail for the casino, but I forgot them today. When i went in i had to get a new card as mine had expired. After I was given a new card i asked if I had any offers and she told me to ask the other woman. When I asked the other woman she pouted really hard and rolled her eyes at me and told me to go check a kiosk. I looked in the casino and the line was all the way across the casino. I said that all i wanted to do was have you check since I was standing there. She rudely took my card and checked telling me no. I went into yhe casino and played some slot for a while and then went to the blackjack tables and played. When i wanted to stop and get something to eat i asked the floor if i could get comped a meal they said they could and that they would have a 10 dollar credit waiting for me at the restaurant. I went and ate and when I was finished eating and went up to pay, I told them that the floor had a comp for 10 dollars. They said that I didn't have one and so I went ahead and paid for my meal. The cashier told me to talk to the woman at the front desk about it. When I went back to talk to the woman she was just as rude as the first time. Never did get my money back and if that is the kind of customer service that they are going to have I will never be back. I've enjoyed coming here for years and this is the first time in a while that I've been able to come up here. If they want to run off their customers...

I'm a trucker and they let me park for the night. I had a layover and was having a rough day, so I decided to enter this establishment to have some beers and play some slots.

As I entered the place the security was nice. As I got further inside I realized this is definitely not a place I'll come back to. Felt like there were eyeballs all over me when I tried to order a drink. Then I did the slots and didn't win anything after putting in $120. The machine only teased me with a few bucks here and there.

This place is very uncomfortable. Had a vibe like the people in there were all into your business. Don't come here if you're used to regular casinos.

After being on the road for so long and dealing with the kind of day I was having before I arrived they made things just a little bit worse. There should actually be a sign at the little bar that says do not sit here..... Because it felt like it was illegal just sitting at the bar because I had to chat it up and be extra nice just to get a drink. I usually stop on my days off to catch up with sports highlights or games and have some beers, but you can't do that in this environment where the small town eyeballs are all over you. Having 2 drinks could get you arrested...

i have spent many days and nights at this casino and have dropped tons of money at this establishment. But when I drive my 70,000 car to this establishment and park on the lot the casino has that has cameras everywhere I feel my vehicle would be safe beings they have cameras WRONG!!!!!!! My car got hit in there parking lot called the cops and before the cops even came 3 of the casino employees said they seen my car on camera cops come she goes in to view the cameras comes out TELLS ME SHE SEEN THE PERSON THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHO IT WAS… ok good I leave being told I was going to be contacted the very next day by Lagrange police that never happened she didn’t even work that day. Come Friday when she was back on duty I call the police department she wouldn’t get on the phone or even return my call. I then call mark Twain casino to get some information can’t get transferred to anyone but get hung up on 4 times!!!!!!!!! This establishment doesn’t give a damn about any customer!!! But if I found a 1 dollar bill on the floor and picked it up I would be kicked out for good I’ve SEEN THAT HAPPEN!!!!! Terrible...
