Wonderful day at Jersey Barnyards! We drove in from houston to celebrate my daughters birthday and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The store and icecream shop was adorable, all of the employees were super nice, Faith an owner and our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made our tour enjoyable and fun! My kids absolutely loved feeding all of the animals, especially bottle feeding the calves and milking a cow was the highlight for sure! So, I beta tested your milk through delivery. I'm not sure what you are doing with your milk, - but I feel like you are cheating people for your profit. Prove I'm wrong? Your milk has weird consistency. It is fat and "juicy", - but whenever I tried to make cottage cheese, - its structure was not homogeneous but one part had cheese another not. So I believe you are skimming the milk to sell your cream separate and adding extra fat not sure with what product, - but it is not milk. Palm oil or what is it? This place deserves 10 stars! I think it was reasonably priced for our family, we had a whole tour, we got to feed tons of animals, had a hay ride, milked a cow and learned so much!! I would say we spent 3 hours there including eating ice cream and visiting the shop at the end! Both our tour guides were incredible and so informative. We asked a ton of questions, and they were so patient with our little ones. We drove an hour and half and it was well worth the time and money spent.
