Very nice park, I like taking the grandchild there. However today I noticed that the little blue car that bounces was caution taped. I explained to my granddaughter that it meant to stay away that there was a problem with it. As the morning went on several other kids came, with parents of course, but when they went to the little blue car they decided it was okay to tear all of the caution tape off and play on the little blue car anyway. You would think that as parents you would have told them it was unsafe. But it didn't seem like any of them really cared. Read moreThis is a great location and has so many perks. There are an ample number of restrooms making this playground perfect for large families or gatherings. The play area is surrounded by a fence with a gate so smaller children cannot just run into the parking lot. There are many different types of swings! There is one for parents to swing with their baby, one for people to swing in their wheelchair and a few others for small and big children.
If you go during snow or rainy seasons make sure to dress your little ones in rain boots because it can be muddy especially under the Slides and around the ocean themed...
Read moreThis is the best and largest playground in the area. There is also a hidden trail behind the first parking lot and it leads to Tilghman Lake Park, which is very beautiful and peaceful, with a trail loop of just over a mile so it is a nice walk.
Edited March 2023 this park is fast falling into disrepair. The playground is becoming dangerous and the broken slides have been blocked off with plywood for over a year.
