LaPorte County Fairgrounds — Attraction in La Porte

Worst place ever. We will never come back here again. We came for the kane Brown concert. We got there at 9:30am and waited in line we were 1 in line we got our seats we were behind the pit people. Kane brown was about to come on stage. We were standing by the fence trying to get a picture of the bus the short security guard black hair with sun glasses got rude and told us to get off the fence. It was me my mom our aunt uncle and cousins. So we told our aunt to get off so she dont get in trouble and she through we were mocking her. So this big tall security guard dude he has a red gotee he wears sunglasses on the back of his head he came up and said do we have a problem and we said no we told her to get off the fence he spit in my moms face. And slam her against the fence. And i told him he dont need to do that to my mom. He told us that we need to leave and kept pushing us. We told him we are not leaving. We spent money on our tickets. He told us to go back to our seats or else. I told him he dont need to talk to us like that. We walk back to our seats. At the end of the concert we did talk to the fair director so something should be done. Terrible experience ever. We didn't even do anything wrong. We will never be back again....

The fair was nice...they need a better variety of food...loads of sweets but not much in variety of other foods....had to leave to go get sandwich! That was disappointing! The vendors shouldn't have names of foods printed on their food trucks and not have it... for instance Philly's or gator bites! Sweets don't help when you're diabetic! Games were pricey....but one really good thing is we adopted two of the sweetest little bunnies for both grandson's.... they're ecstatic! We already have a lions head rabbit....we had an English lopped eared that lived 8 years... longer than expectation...so when we saw the mini rex's we couldn't say no! Thanks Laporte county Fair for having the bunnies.... OH and the goldfish! Won two...

Great county Fair! We have fun every time we go and always enjoy it. The commercial buildings have a lot of local businesses and organizations and I always enjoy going through them. they usually have rides you don't see another places I don't ride them but I enjoy watching them. There is a lot of food! And bunnies lots of bunnies! Great place to bring the kids there's all the wonderful animals to and see lots of events going on all day. They have a lot of top rated music that comes in two years ago thay had Willie Nelson, you never know what to expect there's always something great around the corner I always...
