Boulder Park Mystery Caves — Attraction in La Rumorosa

Stopped on a whim, very interesting place, great views, the path through the caves and rocks was pretty neat. The gift shop was closed, so that was disappointing, but a hurricane was supposed to be coming so I get it. They let us go through the path and use the restrooms for no charge tho I did leave a donation. Beautiful dogs and a couple of peacocks were there as well. Very interesting place. Great view of the Imperial Valley from about 4000 feet. Fun little cave boulder walk. Fun place to just explore. Clean restrooms. Bring a lunch and eat in the shade. There is a local peacock and lots of super friendly dogs. Eclectic shop in the tower. The caves and to go to the top of the tower requires tickets. But supports this historical place.
