We love to stay at Crystal Cove for family vacation as it is always an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. The campgrounds are nestled in a secluded cove with a private beach, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

But the views were just the beginning – Crystal Cove had so much to offer for a fun and enjoyable family vacation. The campgrounds were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with private sites that offered plenty of space and privacy. The bathrooms were also clean and well-stocked, which was a major plus for our family.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the beach. The private cove was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and soft, sandy shores. We spent hours swimming, building sandcastles and just soaking up the sun. The beach was also well-maintained and clean, which was much appreciated.

But the fun didn't stop at the beach – there were so many activities and amenities available at Crystal Cove that kept our family entertained. From hiking trails and a variety nearby places to visit, there was always something to do. We also enjoyed evening campfires and s'mores under the stars, which was a highlight for all of us.

Overall, our stay at Crystal Cove was an absolute delight. The views, private beach cove and clean bathrooms were just a few of the things that made our vacation so special. The campgrounds were clean, private and offered so much fun for the entire family – we can't wait to go back. If you're looking for a great family vacation camping spot, I highly recommend Crystal Cove – you won't be...

Crystal Cove State Park is a beautiful park located in Laguna Beach, California. It has a long stretch of sandy beach, as well as tide pools, rocky reefs, ridges, and canyons. The park also has a campground, picnic areas, and hiking trails. I recently visited Crystal Cove State Park with my family and we had a great time. We spent the day swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the tide pools. The beach was clean and not too crowded, and the water was clear and refreshing. The tide pools were full of interesting sea creatures, and we had a lot of fun exploring them. We also hiked one of the trails in the park. The trail was well-maintained and offered stunning views of the ocean. We saw a variety of birds and wildflowers along the way. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Crystal Cove State Park. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. I would definitely recommend it to others. Here are some additional things to keep in mind if you're planning a visit to Crystal Cove State Park: The park can get crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. If you're looking for a more secluded experience, try visiting during the week or early in the morning. The park has a day use fee, which is $15 per vehicle. If you're planning on camping, there are additional fees. The park is located in a coastal area, so it can be windy and cool, even in the summer. Be sure to bring a jacket or sweater. it's always a good idea to pack your own food and drinks, especially if you're planning on spending the whole...

The overall Crystal Cove encompasses a large area straddling Pacific Coast Highway in Southwest Newport Beach. I’ve really enjoyed leisure time spent here, whether relaxing at the beach with the sounds of the surf or up in the canyon, where it’s quiet as can be! Hiking can be done right out of the parking spots and continue up to awesome viewpoints overlooking the ocean and canyon. Day use is $15 per personal vehicles, commercial vehicles may have additional fees. The staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are kept clean and in good working condition and the trails are maintained with many even lighted at night. The main parking area is on the east side of Pacific Coast Highway and the oceanfront beach side of the park is to the west of the highway. I urge caution to cross from one side or the other, as the straightaway is a rapid passage for vehicles in lieu of a freeway. I’d cross at the crosswalks, where the traffic lights are, or use the tunnel at the south end of the park. A shuttle departs from the main lot to the Historic Crystal Cove every few minutes for only $2.00 per person. The west side has smaller parking lots and the oceanfront becomes dark after sunset. Though the trails on this side are well defined, everybody seems to clear out in the evening, except for the Historic...
