This place is a joke. We came tubing with our kids last year with no issues. So we set up a whole family outting to go today. We go there and found out you have to be 42" to even go down the hill at all this year. And kids are not allowed to ride with parents no matter what height. So my 3.5 year old that had a blast last year, can't go at all this year. But they were super kind in saying "the shorter kids can always just play next to the hill while the other ones tube...." and then half way through some of the family going, they started harassing them about their height at the bottom of the tow rope, after they already measured them inside, holding up the line, and yelling at them, making the kids literally cry out of fear and embarrassment, and saying that they are the ones holding up the line, even though the workers were holding up the line re-measuring kids that they already measured and gave tickets to. Read moreFirst time there. Parking was pretty explainable and simple. Open parking lot but a bit slick so be careful!! Ticket line was a fast breeze as the waivers were set out for those who didnt have the luxury like myself to have a printer at home. The staff arriving were super helpful, smiling and looked like they enjoyed being there even though we were the very last group, the spunk was still present((awesome job you guys)) Getting to the hill was easy and getting tubes even better. They have all different sizes for all different frames. Most only come 1 size fits all which lets be honest we live in AMERICA NOT CHINA LOL. The staff assisted all of us with how the pulley system worked and didnt mind chasing down the tube with you. 2hrs seems like not much time but trust me it was well enough!!! 10 stars...
