The residents of Orange County are fortunate to have some of the most amazing parks in the state and beyond, but Pittsford is one of the even more Elite ones! There are multiple playground structures, all of which are designed specifically for various age groups! And the location and setup of the playground areas is done in such a way that parents can have visual access to multiple children at once. And it’s far enough away from The street (which is a Residential street and not very busy) that parents don’t have to be concerned and worried the entire time. They also offer various sensory swings and equipment for those with autism or disabilities. The bathrooms are clean and close and there is plenty of shade and grassy areas for families to picnic at or just relax and watch their kids enjoyment! Also located in a neighborhood community! Street parking is the only slight downside but I’ve never had any problems with finding a spot, even during peak play hours (9am-12pm) or after 2pm.    Read moreWe never knew about this park till one of our friends asked us to meet here last weekend. They were park hopping to decide where to celebrate their son's first birthday. We are glad that we decided to meet at this park. Pittsford park is nestled in between one of the residential patches in lake forest. The park has play structures for little ones from age 2 all the way up to 12. This is one of the very few parks where I saw a see-saw. There are a good amount of slides including a tunnel slide, swings including bucket swing, a sand pit, rocking horse, etc. They also have a walking trail and a covered gazebo for group events. As the park is right next to the road, there is ample parking available. We easily spent a couple of hours there and the kids got enough tired to come home, eat and sleep. :) One thing to note, they have wood chips laid out around some of the play structures and so if your kids are crawlers then you need to be extremely careful as they might get splinters.
Overall, a great park and will definitely...

It features 8 slides, 8 swings (including 3 baby swings, a full-seat swing, and 4 regular swings), and a diverse selection of play structures for little ones. Overall, it’s a lovely little park for outdoor activities...
