Golden Star Vineyards — Attraction in Lake Los Angeles

Whether it’s going in for a flight or tasting or picking up a full case of Chardonnay, I love going to Golden Star. Lee & Helen are the sweetest hosts and make everyone feel really welcome.

They have live music many weekends and I absolutely love the comfortable casual vibe. I also like how you can bring your own food to eat while you’re there - so sometimes we’ll sit outside and eat or at the tables inside. There’s plenty of room indoors and outdoors.

Lee and Helen are amazing people. From the second we walked in I knew I was going to really enjoy our time there. First off it is a tucked away vineyard, so do not think your GPS mislead you. The tasting room is very spacious and I am looking forward to attending an event there. There wine is wonderful and the syrah is on point. They put out snacks for you to enjoy with your wine. I really loved that when other members came in we were introduced, love that family feel.
