We drove an hour and a half with 9 kids for my daughter's birthday party. She was so excited to have it here and when everything was said and done she hated it so much that she NEVER wanted to come back! It was horribly over crowded. When we finally got paid and ready to jump, they all had to wait because one of the kids wasn't allowed because she didn't have their brand of grippy socks. I told them when I purchased everything that she had regular grippy socks and no one said anything about it. I had to go back up and stand in line for another 20 minutes just to buy one pair of grippy socks. This was after I had three staff members. Tell me that she had the wrong socks on after we had paid, Walked off and we're ready to play. Keep that in mind as I continue you because that is the last time that I have a staff member show Any concern for anything for the next 2 hours. For the remainder of our time, there were no staff members stationed at anything that didn't involve a harness or the bumper cars. The staff members that were stationed at the harness areas obviously were not paying attention or did not care because I had multiple children tell me that their harnesses were not put on correctly. The staff at the Rockwall were too busy goofing off and talking to realize that the harnesses on multiple children from my group were too loose and literally falling off. At least one child from my group didn't even have their leg inside their harness on the aerial obstacle course and zip line. Which by the way, you are not fully clipped into the entire time. When you have to change obstacles, you unhook One clip of your harness and move it to The next side and then unclip the other one. The dodgeball area which had multiple small children in it at all times was completely unattended and one of the children in my party got hit so hard in the face that it nearly busted their nose and they were crying. The large inflatable obstacle course against the wall that I was sitting by the entire time had no one at all attending it and I was told by multiple children in our group that there was a teenage couple laying inside of it cuddling and blocking everyone, and at one point we're trying to take off each other's pants in front of a variety of age groups. There were also teenagers that were shoving each other and slammed into my daughter causing her to fall back and hit her head on another child. This is all while I witnessed multiple kids climbing on top of the inflatable obstacle course where you are not supposed to be over walls on top of dividers for obstacles and falling over onto other children. I told the staff member about the teenagers that had been in there for well over an hour shoving each other and causing my daughter to hit Her head and one person walked over and pretended to make them leave. I only say pretended because I literally never saw any teenagers actually exit the area. But I did see multiple kids still climbing over unsafe spots that were clearly not meant to be climbed on or over falling on to other kids For the brief moment the staff member was standing there before they walked off. The game area gave you tickets for games just to find out that the tickets were just there and you couldn't actually turn them in for anything. The most pathetic slice of pizza I have ever seen in my life was almost as much as a medium size Domino's Pizza. It literally made the school lunch Pizza look professionally made. Also being there for 2 hours you would think that our kids would have gotten to experience everything there was to offer but You would be mistaken. If an attraction actually had a staff member attending it The line was absurd. We have been to jump parks And adventure parks almost all over the country And this has to be hands down the absolute worst one that we have ever experienced. That was the biggest waste of almost $300 And the worst birthday my 11-year-old has ever had. I'm not one to call and speak to someone or leave an uncalled for review but this one time I'm going to have to make an...

I would NOT recommend putting your kids at risk by going here. My 17 year old daughter and her two other friends, also minors, all went to this location on Tuesday May 21. Within the first 15 minutes, my daughter injured her foot jumping into the foam pit. My daughter was in pain and limping, so the other girls drove her home that night. We took her to urgent care and X-rays revealed a fracture.

Two ortho specialist visits, an MRI and. CT scan later, we were told she would need SURGERY on her foot and that this injury was usually seen from high impacts like car crashes or falling off a building from a high height.

I reached out via email to this business and Andre, the manager returned my call. He simply said their foam pit met all regulations. He confirmed from pulling video coverage that my daughter was not doing anything out of the ordinary when she was injured just jumping into the pit. He said that she denied writing an accident report (which my daughter said she was never offered to do). And he said there was nothing they could do nor was the company responsible in any way (even though all 3 girls were minors who signed the waivers and no one bothered to check their IDs to deny them access to the building). I asked for him to please give my information to the OWNERS because I would like to talk to them.

Today, 16 days after the incident and 6 days after the phone conversation with Andre, and I am still waiting to hear from the owners!!!! They have still not bothered to call me to even see how my child is doing or apologize for the situation and tell me what they are doing to make sure no other child gets injured like this in the future. As someone who has lived in this community for 25 years and raised four children here, I am completely dismayed that a local business would behave in a way that demonstrates a lack of care and concern for its customers and community.

Not only has my daughter had to take 2 months off work to heal from this injury, miss and rearrange countless summer activities and vacation plans, have her first operation ever and be on complete bed rest, feel excruciating pain requiring the use of multiple medications (5 to be exact)…. But she will also have a SCREW holding together the joint in her ankle for the rest of her life!!! Not to mention, the financial side of this is a burden as well - over $13,000 in expenses so far plus lost wages for my daughter this summer. Her dad and I have both had to take multiple days off work to attend to her as well. As a professor at UCF, that has meant canceled classes for my students. There are simply way too many ramifications of the decision to visit this place of business.

All in all, I do not recommend taking your children here. I don’t believe it is safe, if a child of average height and weight, can sustain so significant an injury. And personally I do not want to patronage businesses who do not show any concern or respect for...

(summer 6/5/19) Drove 30 min away and came here with my family, my 4 yr old son, and three nieces, 15, 11 and 9. This is a great place for fun! Lots for them to do with, zip lining, several obstacle courses, trampolines, block pits, rock climbing, bumper cars, only 2 cars out of 5 were working, so at times my nieces had to go in seperate. It would be a nice suggestion to have other activities for those that want to play other non physical activities, to have an arcade section. When we checked in we had to purchase socks for those participating in the fun. The young lady at the front was really sweet and very helpful. I advise parents or guardians to complete the waiver ahead on line. Saves you time and makes things easier if you have a group. They can get better with the customer service piece at the cafe. After two attempts to get help, stood there and no one noticed. I was looking to purchase beverages for my thirsty little party. Even my mom tried to go and purchase beverages and noone was there ready to help. They did have the staff on board for a semi-peak after noon. We arrived at 430p until closing time, 8pm. Even noticed the staff manager rotating with his staff. Some members that were operating the obstacles seemed bored or not willing to assist the guests. Mind you these are children mostly looking to go on these activities. I did observe my niece being turned awat by a male staff. I approached and asked if he was open, he said yes and allowed my niece to do the activity. I dont know why he was telling her no. I came across a staff member and let her know that we needed help at the cafe and all she did was brush me off as she was talking with her staff manager and I asked for help and basically was told that it wasn't a good time. I could of just left based off of this occurrence, but didn't want this to ruin my family's fun time. Neither she nor the staff she was gathered with, bothered to help. Instead they all walked away and left to the area behind the cafe, only to leave and not be available to help.

Other than that, I will be back with my family as they had lots of fun. Hopefully this time it will be different at the cafe, since you cant bring outside food or beverages. overall spent under $80 for passes, socks and 3 waters. (eventually got something to drink!) This was our first time here, so Planet Obstacle, we will give you...

We checked out Planet Obstacle in Davenport and spent time in the toddler area — a small space designed for littles up to 3 years. It’s simple, but honestly, just being in a new place is an adventure for Mateo. He explored, used the swing (his fave), and even made a few tiny friends 🥹💛 The best part? It’s only $5 for an hour in the toddler zone — perfect for rainy days or just letting your little one burn some energy indoors. Definitely worth it for an easy, low-key outing! #MamaWellnessDiaries #PlanetObstacleDavenport #ToddlerDays #IndoorFunWithBaby #RainyDayActivities #ThingsToDoInDavenport #LittleAdventures #mamaboy #PlayAndExplore #toddlerapproved
