Great place to hike in the area. They have a lot of options for trails to take and they all loop around, so you can mix and match. It's pretty flat with some small hills throughout. We were able to push a stroller pretty easily on most trails especially the wide flat gravel trail. There is a covered pavilion here with picnic tables, a fireplace, and string lights. It's really nice. They have a bike rack, bike pump, and bike repair tools. You can use the trails year round for different sports. Hiking, biking, running, cross country skiing. You are required to have a Recreation Passport to park here. If you don't have one you can do a self registration and pay for it here.

Appreciate having a place to Mountain Bike in Cadillac but I wasn’t a huge fan of it :(. We did the 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 loop and it took about 1/2 hr. ━━━━ Too many long uphill stretches for me! But I am 57, a bit out of shape, and have a minor heart condition… ── Really nice parking lot & pavilion ── They have a pit toilet but I didn’t use ── Someone living on the side road, that you cross a couple times, in a rough looking camper ── Signage not the best, but nice and cleared paths. ──

Never a fan of reforestation projects that plant one species, in this case Red Pine, drying out the ecosystem and making it uninhabitable for indigenous species. But there are pockets of more interesting deciduous forests and the White Pines and Cedars along the Clam River’s edge are nothing short of majestic. Well marked trail.

Not technical (lots of sand, it road easy). Some good climes to get the heart rate up. My perceived problems. Trail marking. Some spots got it covered and other times nothing, right at the start cannot tell which way to go. (If this was me not seeing it please let me know and tell me where it is. Needs a couple of change rooms, has good bathroom (remember to always bring some TP). Great stuff, bike fixing tools and pump. Covered picnic table area and cool open fireplace, probably very nice late...

Snuggled between Cass Rd and Thirteenth St on the east Cadillac, this trailhead was a delight for my partner and I. Because neither one of us is athletically-inclined (or in shape, for that matter), we enjoyed walking the trails at a sedate pace. There were more serious trailhead users, as well, and physical exercise alone CAN be had at this location, but you will have to keep your eyes closed, because otherwise, it will be very difficult not to get lost in the sights and...
