Crooked Lake — Attraction in Lake Township

Has gone down hill will never ever ever camp their again, I will camp else where you shouldn't have to have a missaukee park pass to go camp nor a day pass to go down there to visit or swim , it's 30 dollars a night and all u get is electric not water sewer electric like other camp grounds, not to mention the play ground isn't safe to play on the water is gross there , the bath house you have to pay a 25 cents just to shower for 5 mins . For as much as you pay for camping you should be able to shower...

We used to camp here 3-4 times a year. For a weekend or a week. Absolutely loved it here, but the past few years they started allowing seasonal camping. Now it is hogged up by 32 or so lucky campers that book it for the whole summer. Nobody else gets to camp there anymore. Campground in lake city is pretty much the same way. I can't understand why the county would want to turn these beautiful campgrounds into summer trailer parks. Not fair that others can't...
