Kingsway Pumpkin Farm & Storage — Attraction in Lake Township

Love that this family owned business continues to expand and offer more every year for low prices! After reading some other posts I was shocked to see some comment about how they are dealing with covid. My experience was they had plenty of signage about distancing and mask wearing. But why is that people forget if your 6 ft apart your not supposed to need a mask!!... I happened to be there when a health inspector was there and heard them tell a worker there, they were doing everything to the best of their ability! So that was pretty neat!.. also its a lose lose for any small business owner out there right now, if they tell people what to do they get negative reviews, if they don't tell people what to do they still get negative reviews. People if you feel badly about these things you should stay home, speak up yourself to the offender directly, or mind your own business and wear your own mask and social distance and sanitize. Then you'll be safe. Please don't ruin the fun for my family we love coming here every year and so do our kids. We have seen alot of businesses go out of business because of this pandemic, don't ruin a family business reviews because of pandemic related garbage. Also side note, parents you should watch your kids.. we helped one kid find their parents after missing for 15 minutes and watch several other children break things, and throw rocks at building and tractors and I had to be the parent of reason...

I would give them 5 stars but because of the way the animals are taken care of I won't. The donkey which is away from the rest of the animals and activities is alone. Donkeys are heard animals. They will get depressed when they're alone and theirs clearly is. It seems to be a new donkey this year. In previous years you could pet the donkey. This year there's a sign stating not to pet the donkey. Poor Stanley does nothing but stay in one spot looking incredibly sad. Don't get animals if you don't want to give them the life they deserve. The baby cows are so sad. I understand baby cows are taken away from mom when she's used for milking but it's still not right. They don't even at least let the babies be together to give each other comfort. ALL BABIES NEED COMFORT. HUMAN AND ANIMAL. A chicken with a broken leg. All of the enclosures leave something to be desired aside from the goat enclosure. Respect the animals that provide you with food and/or a living or don't have them. Do better Kingway. Get more donkeys so Stanley is not alone...

First, I want to say when my family and I rode on the tractor the young lady with curly brown hair and the young gentleman with short brown hair gave us racist looks as if they were disgusted and did not want us to ride on the tractor. The white girl and the white boy kept giving myself and my family racist looks. This tractor ride was not enjoyable only because they made my family and myself feel uncomfortable. If you are racist you should not be working a job where you will be interacting with all ethnicities besides white. The last situation was when I was trying to order an elephant ear. The white family was given an elephant ear and as soon as it was time for my family to order the white gentleman said they ran out of batter. We then asked how come he had enough for the white family and he then said he can make my family one. This company is racist and please do not support a racist business. They are racist and did not care about making my family elephant ears. Do not support...
