First off, The Managers are lacking in experience.
As of 8/22/2018 My brother was an employee. He resigned because of Curtis Elkshoulder had repeatedly threatened to have him fired. "If your going to just stand around not doing anything than there's the door". My brother was waiting in line and being patient and courteous to other casino patrons , and was waiting for his turn to approach the "cage" when Curtis Elkshoulder (My brothers manager) had made this statement. My brother than took that as a threat and proceeded to leave the casino when he gave his work polo and keys to Ms. Elkshoulder. As my brother was about to walk out of the casino Ms. Curtis Elkshoulder stopped him and asked and requested that he stay to finish his shift because "they" needed him. On a seprate occasion, My brother was helping a fellow co-worker with a belligerent patron. His co-worker who needed help with resolving the issue, on which my brother aided his fellow co-worker. Again, Ms. Curtis Elkshoulder had proceeded to threaten to terminate my brothers employment. Yet again, during a staff meeting, Ms. Curtis Elkshoulder had singled out my brother by stating that he did not like his attitude (My brothers attitude) and that he(Ms. Curtis Elkshouler) did not appreciate him trying to walk off. I can honestly say that my brother handled that situation very well. He notifited another supervisor about these incedents and followed through with his resignation. I, myself would not have handled that situation in a civil manner. As a sidenote I am attending college in hopes to attain my Bachlors in Business Managment/Administration and that by observation I can tell you that Ms. Elkshoulder needs futher training/education in his managment postion. Bullying staff, instead of communicating on the issue at hand, is not ideal workplace ediquette.
I hope this helps others if applying for a position at this establishment.
(P.S. The Charging Horse Casino goes through employees at a very rapid pace. The managers have a hard time retaining employees. I personally think that this should be looked into...

Read moreNothing special, kind of run down. Not here to gamble, but to get lunch because it's easy to access, right off the highway. Looks like there's plenty if room for RV's to park and pull in/ out. I like to pop in for coffee and a sandwich when I visit relatives. There are no tables to sit down; take out food only. The steak sandwich was so good and meat was seasoned well and tender. Came with generous portion of French fries. Price was fair and staff let me know the order would take...
