I called the day before we wanted to spend a night. It’s the City Hall who makes the reservation. Stephanie answered and told me I could pick any of the sights when we got there. She took my payment over the phone with a credit card. When we got there the bathroom/shower was locked. I called her and told her this, and she said it was shut down. Mind you, this town has a population of 705, I’m sure the mayor doesn’t have a lot on...
Read moreStopped to spent the night in my RV. Of the three sites I checked none had power or water. Trash is everywhere in the campground. Bathrooms were locked. Some desperate souls appearing to have started using the outside of the bathroom to crap. Human feces, trash, no water, no power, trucks engine breaking all night. 100% do not recommend. Want a refund city of Lometa. Was the worst park I’ve seen. Was so thoroughly unimpressed with Lometa’s crappy park. Do better or not...

A bit of congestion getting out of the park after the fireworks but an easy ride home afterward. Also beautiful scenery and Rolling Hills make it an excellent spot for a campsite on any other occasion and...
