Mountain View Farm — Attraction in Lanesborough

Initially I was pleased with our visit to pick our own strawberries but that changed very quickly when a 20 something year old worker almost ran my 6 year old over with a 4 wheeler. I was in complete shock as to how fast he was going and the fact that he proceeded to accelerate as he approached us on the designated walking path. Had my son taken one step to the side he would have been killed. When I went to pay and report this it was not met with much apology and the teenagers all working knew who I was referring to right away. As for the strawberries... we only had a few sweet ones in the 15 dollars worth we purchased. I’ll go back to the previous farm I picked at...

Was driving by and decided to stop. Glad we did. Plenty of parking. The staff were very pleasant. They have plenty of pumpkins to pick from. All different sizes at some great prices. When we visited they were 6$ any size pumpkin, and 3$ for sugar pumpkins. So we left we 3 very large and round pumpkins for the kids and 2 sugar pumpkins for pie. Will definitely try to get back here...

This is a great place to have fun picking up strawberries. I had a great time with my family and friends. It is affordable and I highly recommend the tractor ride. The place has a parking area and the people there are very nice, attentive, overall a great experience. The strawberries were big, sweet, and affordable. I will totally come back to this place.
