It's a beautiful view to the Rio Grande river, no fence, you could throw rocks all the way across or skip them on top through the water. Doggy park, volleyball nets and soccer Plus walking trails, playgrounds for children and disabled people swings, big tall bright lights and porta parties, and if you're lucky you might see Bambi. BP are always present. If you're on Laredo go check it out.

Great park worth plenty of room for everyone! Excellent covered playground, though aimed at 5+ years old. They have a BBQ area that's perfect for grilling while watching the kids play. Feels safe with all the Border Patrol hanging around.

Took my dog for a long walk through along a bike trail through the woods along the River Bank and down to the river on a small peninsula of rocks

A lot of border patrol presence at this park. They are on the ground and constant helicopters flying around. I was surrounded by some officers because of the type of vehicle I was driving at the time. I eventually got out the car and asked if all is well ? I also volunteered to let them look in my vehicle to show them no drugs or extra people in the car with me. They left me alone after that but the experience was ruined for me because I came so I couldn’t see El Rio Grande. I left...

Why watch the tv series Border wars when you can come down to this park and watch the cartels smuggle drugs live right in front of you! This park is right on the Rio Grande River and its used to smuggle drugs all the time. It seems like every time there is a soccer game the cartels use that moment to there advantage. Overall the park is ok but be on the lookout, you may see more than...
