After church, my husband and I wanted to find some cider before the Lions game. After a Google search we noticed this place didn’t charge admission and we decided to check it out! We were blown away! It was such a fun little date! They had live music playing, a craft/vendor show happening, and the cider & donuts were out of this world! We highly recommend the apple cider slushies and the salted Carmel donuts we had practically melted in our mouths! We can’t suggest this place enough! We WILL return! Also, their prices on pumpkins and produce we felt were reasonable! Massive pumpkins are $18 (MASSIVE) while large pumpkins range $8-$12. They also had a large bin of mini pumpkins for $1 each ❤️

Kreps Apple Barn was the perfect place to stop where I got 4 dozen donuts and 4 gallons of apple cider, and the whole process was super quick! The donuts were fresh and absolutely delicious, along with the cider. I brought them as a little pick-me-up for our junior football team celebrating their big achievement of making it to the championship game, and they were a huge hit! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great treats and excellent service!

Out and about on an apple adventure. Kreps should be on your must visit list. The cinnamon sugar donuts and hot cider were amazing. The cider slushy was cold and yummy. I’ve never seen a “corn box”, you should peek in the silo. Hankering for a jump in the hay, they’ve got you covered, wanna pet some animals, rope a bull or hang out in a tent, they’ve got it. No admission cost and reasonable prices. I would give them extra stars for the value.

Fans of Yates cider mill be warned, the gauntlets has been thrown. I am by no means a connoisseur, but I’ve been to Yates, Blake’s, Franklins and Uncle John’s. They are all good of course. (IN MY OPINION) If you’re looking for something better for a family and don’t mind the crowds, then I would go to Uncle John’s or Yates. If however you’re looking for taste, the I’d go to Kreps. The cider is outstanding, I tried the cider glazed donuts. Equally outstanding, and the apple pie(mixed apples) is amazing as well. No where near the crowds either. If you don’t mind the drive from the Detroit area, definitely give this place a shot. Keep your eyes open though, it’s easy to miss. Nothing extravagant here, no large wheel, just looks like a...

Today was the first time ever visiting Kreps Apple Barn. My husband and I were in Ida and was told about Kreps. I had 15 minutes to get there before closing time. I entered the store and told the woman behind the counter “I’ll take the remaining cider donuts in the case” (not knowing ALL the donuts are made with apple cider- which the woman explained) The man (possibly the woman’s husband) said “we have plenty of donuts. How many would you like?” I purchased a dozen and a half cinnamon sugar donuts. They were still warm. My husband and I sat in our vehicle each eating a donut and it was AMAZING!!! THE BEST cider donuts we have tasted!!! We will revisit Kreps Apple Barn again so we can walk around the grounds at...
