I never considered Lathrop an inaccessible place to live; my family lived there for 30 years and contributed to the community. Moving back to Lathrop after living in San Jose because I wanted to raise my son in a friendly and caring community. The community still cares, but access to school and CCR (HOA) threatening fine on some families vs others. Paying the additional tax every year for a school my son can never go to really sucks. Thought I was going to info on the neighborhood since we just moved in. It's just a place to advertise the homes and builders. Seems like such a waste of space for just that. They should have community info.. bike trails, fishing spots ect. Disappointed to say the least. At least it wasn't...
