This welcome center has many good car and camper parking spaces. Regulation sign lists only three hours parking among the many other regulations and no overnight. There was a security guard walking around. The bathrooms are old and need updates, but someone was cleaning, I took the time to thank her. A camper dump station is a nice addition to the rest area. I like that pets aren't allowed in the people area. The grounds were nicely manicured. As a welcome center, it would have been nice if it was open. It was closed, and the reason for 4 stars. Outside the bathrooms on both sides were about 12 to 15 porta potties. Totally a bad look. I don't do porta potties and have no idea why they were lined up like a concert or fair where 100 would be attending with no inside facilities available.
