This welcome center has many good car and camper parking spaces. Regulation sign lists only three hours parking among the many other regulations and no overnight. There was a security guard walking around. The bathrooms are old and need updates, but someone was cleaning, I took the time to thank her. A camper dump station is a nice addition to the rest area. I like that pets aren't allowed in the people area. The grounds were nicely manicured. As a welcome center, it would have been nice if it was open. It was closed, and the reason for 4 stars. A sign says only closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving, but it was closed on an ordinary day in May. Paper maps were in a stand outside.

Free RV Dump Station with flush water. Follow the signs for Cars/Campers, you will wind around to the front of the Welcome center. The dump station is on your right just before you leave.

This I-95 rest stop is a convenient and well-maintained pit stop for travelers. You can grab snacks and drinks from the vending machines, and take advantage of the clean and well-stocked restrooms (including port-a-potties and indoor facilities). The rest stop also offers a wealth of information brochures to help plan your journey. While the terrain is a bit hilly, there are two designated handicap parking spots located near the front of the building, accessible by driving past the main parking lot and up the hill. Overall, a thoughtful and comfortable...

Although the ladies room was open, there were only 3 stalls but no line. It was clean and there was an electric heater plugged in as the building had no heat. Outside the bathrooms on both sides were about 12 to 15 porta potties. Totally a bad look. I don't do porta potties and have no idea why they were lined up like a concert or fair where 100 would be attending with no inside facilities available. The main building which carries information on where to visit locally that's across from the bathrooms was closed, as I...
