Cameron University — Attraction in Lawton

Cameron is surprisingly tougher, educationally speaking, than Oklahoma University; consequently, the level of information learned at Cameron far surpassed O.U. This university is 4 Stars; nobody else should consider; nobody's are welcome; expect something. Agricultural education is the salvation of the planet. Recently, I visited the university, having graduated years ago, to admire the campus and enjoy some frisbee golf. The course is serene, and the campus is elegant becoming more beautiful as landscaping continues. Cameron University deserves a five star rating for its educational excellence especially considering the university's focus on the pertinent. The campus requires expansion. This is understandably difficult. It's an accommodating campus, but it's spaciousness is threatened by this difficulty to expand outward. Beautiful, but the constricted campus receives a four star rating. That's all I have provided a rating for (averaging down, or worst case).

The university is also providing new avenues of study to equip students for various types of success in up and coming career possibilities. They also cooperate with the local vocational school to provide tried and true techniques with hands-on experience. Worst 1 1/2 of my life there. l went there because the recruiters that went to my school amped it up to be a great friendly school. That was soo far from the truth. I got close to nothing back on my financial aid even though I had fafsa and other grants and scholarships. I had to pay out of pocket for most of my items. I got so much more help and aid back at Rose state than I did at Cameron. I literally didn't pay for anything at Rose .Professors are rude and will not work with you even if it was just a few questions after class, their radio and broadcasting classes are a joke. And they make the freahman courses so hard to pass that it's like they sabotage you from the beginning for you to fail, because the information they give you is completely irrelevant to the questions on the exams. Top it all off NO credits will transfer. They would not tell me why but when I moved back to okc i had to start all over again because of them would transfer.. needless to say I will not be recommending ANYONE...

Cameron University is run by liars. They do not care of there students at all and lie heavily. They do not investigate claims at all, they never look at evidence instead they instantly take someone’s word and then attempt to ruin lives. The staff is petty and easily manipulated. Housing staff is extremely rude and unreliable specifically Christina. She’s very rude, inconsistent, petty, she’s picks favorites, and she treats students unfairly. I have had the worst experience here. For what it cost for housing I’d expect my room and living space to be in good condition but that’s not the case. Cameron does not clean the living areas before allowing others to move in. They purposely don’t clean so they can charge you more. Cameron does not deserve any good feedback as of now. It could be a nice place if housing and the public safety office would pull their heads out of their backsides. They are a joke. A complete joke. They lack...
