Where do I start? The mead, the atmosphere, the employees... All amazing! Derek and the rest of the staff are some of the coolest, most knowledgeable guys I've ever spoken to. They'll gladly tell you about how/where they select the specific types of honey they use for their mead, as well as the overall process.
I first heard about Celtic Cross way back when they initially opened shop, and I remember thinking how cool it was that we had a legit meadery in League City. I tried their very first mead and thought it was outstanding. Since then, they've branched out and now have a wide variety of meads to choose from.

To Derek and the rest of the crew, keep doing what you're doing. You seriously have something special going, and your awesome personalities are going to ensure that Celtic Cross keeps growing and gathers...

For the coffee lovers, their Brewed Awakening is definitely a sure bet. I and my staff look forward to going out to their tasting room and meeting the whole...

The bartender will serve you samples from their ever changing offerings, and you can either buy standard labeled bottles or "growlers", which are unmarked bottles which you can return and have refilled. The meade is...
