A lovely, peaceful, well maintained, linear, wooded neighborhood walking trail of about 1 mile in each direction. It follows a creek that was mostly dry at the moment (Summer). The only easy access is at either end of the trail (Sage Ranch Road or Deer Rim Road), or in the middle where it goes under Stone Branch Drive. None of these locations have parking immediately adjacent to the trail.

This a very covered beautiful unpaved trail. The total length of the trail is about slightly over a mile, and it starts close to the Deerbrooke community center at Deer Rim Rd, and ends at Sage Ranch Dr. There is also a creek that flows through the trail, which is empty during dry summer, and has water depending on the rain.

This is a great trail. Typical walk time from end to end and back is about 45 minutes. Mostly shaded, not too crowded. Dog friendly as long as you have them on a leash.

I take my puppy on this trail every single day for the past few months now. its a solid 1 mile and besides a few barking dog backyards, its a pretty peaceful walk. The only downside is the 3 block walk to the car afterwards because it dumps you off at a different area than where you start, but...
