Teetertown Ravine Nature Preserve — Attraction in Lebanon Township

I enjoyed this trail overall but it's worth noting that there's a reasonably long stretch with pricker bush creepers reaching across from both sides of the trail. This part of the trail perhaps just hasn't been maintained yet this season, and for me with long pants was manageable enough. But, for my friends in shorts and leggings, not so much...

We took a counter clockwise path around the outside longer loop. The blue trail was overgrown to the extent that at points I wasn't sure that I was on the trail. I should have had my machete. Ended up with bloody lip from thorn bush hitting me in the face. After this you go on paved road then gravel for short period before going back into the woods. It's a beautiful easy walking path that is shady and pet friendly. Just bring bags to remove waste since there are no bag stations. There are trash containers to throw away any water bottles or pet waste ect. Lovely spot...
