We have participated in a few produce CSAs, both in the summer and winter. We have found P & C to be exceptional compared to our previous CSA experiences. It is evident that they are knowledgeable and skilled farmers and business owners. The produce is exceptional, holds up well after pick up, and tastes amazing. The shares include a variety of produce that is easily cooked within the span of a week before the next pick up. The price of the CSA is reasonable and worth it.
