I am super disappointed with Bel Fiore Co. They offer no insurance to their customers if flowers do not get delivered. Bel Fiore Co. will argue with a repeat customer even when they are in the wrong. Bel Fiore Co. will fall back on their so called 'policy' when they themselves don't follow thru on their end. I personally have ordered several bouquets, shared photos to my social media, shared posts that Angela has shared to my social media, and referred my friends and family to buy flowers from Bel Fiore for the last 3 years. Angela has delivered flowers to me personally and I had even subscribed to a recent flower service earlier this spring. My husband knew how much I admired this flower shop, so he ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day . He ordered them on May 10 to be delivered on May 13. When he ordered the flowers, the email he got when he placed the order stated "we will notify you when it has been sent." - It being the flowers. He never received that notification and I also never received the flowers on May 13. We gave Bel Fiore Co. the benefit of the doubt, and reached out to them on May 23 when we still had not received an email receipt of delivery and still had not received the flowers. They argued that their delivery driver did deliver to our residence and handed them directly to someone on the side porch. While it may be true that their driver did hand flowers to someone, it was NOT at our house and was NOT handed to anyone at our residence and we did in fact communicate that to Bel Fiore. My husband was home (we have proof of that on our Life 360 app). There is also no evidence of delivery at any time on May 13 on any of our ring cameras which are placed on all sides of our home. We did not get any flowers! Neither of our neighbors received the flowers either as we checked with them as soon as they where available to ask. Even after communicating with Bel Fiore Co. about this, they still claimed they did deliver the flowers based on their drivers GPS. We assured them that no flowers had ever been received and we had ring cameras to prove it. On Saturday June 3, we received the "delivery confirmation receipt" which is 22 days after the day they where supposed to be delivered. We called immediately and they stated that there was issues with their delivery app and that even tho the confirmation of delivery was 3 weeks late, they where going to still honor their 48 hour policy for any disputes. Bel Fiore Co. neglected to communicate any policy with him when he originally reached out on May 23. They continued to be unwilling to work with him whatsoever and maintained that their driver delivered the flowers even tho we have proof on camera that no such thing even happened. We are out the cost of the bouquet as well as the flowers that we never received. I have been a loyal repeat customer for years now and they did not take any of that into consideration to make things right. I will no longer recommend Bel Fiore Co. and we will never spend our money at Bel Fiore Co. again.
*Angela , I appreciate your response. Unfortunately, the refund doesn't even matter at this point. This should have been resolved when we originally reached out to you & stated that we never received the flowers. Whether it's unusual or not to hear about a delivery failure after a major holiday is beside the point. The bottom line is we never received the delivery confirmation AND we never received the flowers. Your delivery management system that showed when and where the driver made the delivery means absolutely nothing to us. They could have thrown them out the window for all we know. We have cameras! There was no disrespect, only frustration and I'm so thrilled that you are taking the fact that you lost our business and chalking it up as an opportunity to "help you know what you are doing right and how to improve so you can continue a quality experience." With that being said- we ordered the flowers for prom the same way we ordered our homecoming flowers (-and paid for the deluxe package) My niece’s boyfriend picked up the flowers and sent pictures to us to make sure everything looked ok. They chose other colors than the main color that was specified. If I said my dress was yellow/ gold…why are you putting orange, blue, and pink flowers with one yellow flower? Wouldn’t you choose 2 yellow flowers along with some white flowers to make the yellow stand out. I mean that’s common sense right? Or am I missing something?
