Lots of events but never enough bathrooms. Businesses won't allow you to use their bathroom even if you make a purchase and 3 porta potties every 2-4 blocks isn't enough to accommodate the crowds. If you're lucky enough to find an unoccupied porta potty it's so disgusting or destroyed that you can't use it. At the most recent event, Oktoberfest, many businesses acted annoyed to even have patrons browsing their stores. Very unwelcoming. Vendors in the street booths were unfriendly or just ignored you. Bars, coffee shops, ice cream shop, boutique stores, and even a few breweries and restaurants as well, some banks, and an escape room. Plus the Lee's Summit Amtrak train station.
