Very helpful employees and they let you take your time, no pressure at all. They have a lot in stock. Unfortunately, I had to return my recliner because I was having shoulder and back pain, they offer a 10 day window to return certain products, if in new condition, if for any reason it does not work out. I do not know full policy, so please check before you purchase. I felt SO bad that I had to return the chair because these people price-matched and went out of their way to assist me and then made the return process easier than I expected. I am a bit afraid to buy another recliner because I have neurological issues (and it is NOT because of the store experience) Will take my time and if and when I buy another recliner, I will purchase here, again. I honestly got the best service in any furniture store, EVER. From the helpful and friendly sales staff to the lady who assisted on the returns and issuing me my credit back to my credit card, it was so easy and very organized. The delivery process is excellent, way better than I experienced from the bigger furniture store in KS when I bought a washer and dryer etc. in the past. The delivery people were also very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this store and will be back because of the excellent experience and I like to support my local stores, where possible. Read moreThis was our first time shopping at a Furniture Mall. We weren't sure what sort of couch/recliner combo we wanted, so Joy at the Lee's Summit, MO location was very helpful. We never felt like we were being pushed toward more expensive pieces and in fact, she didn't shy away from taking us over to the closeout couch, which turned out to be a great deal on a Flexsteel couch that is perfect for us. We decided to also get a recliner and she put us into the care of Dakota, "the recliner expert". He was great too. We were treated to some delicious frozen custard and were given water when we looked thirsty. I love it that their "Labor Day Sale" was already in effect, so we didn't have to wait. Our furniture was in stock, so it will be delivered this week. Our only kick this visit was having to tell several other sales associates that we had already been helped... one of them twice. It seems like they must work on commission, which must be what is driving that. Joy never did get anxious about it and let us wander around on our own for a bit. I liked that. Read moreI am hesitant to post this due to not receiving my furniture yet.Been waiting in excess of 12 weeks for a sectional that was supposed to be delivered within 7. Called several times to get updates but told that it wasn't within the delivery window so they wouldn't check on it. At the 7 week point we were simply told that the producer was unable to get the correct leather. That's it until I called our salesperson who birddogged the problem. We're supposed to get it this month but haven't heard anything else. My confidence is extremely low as to whether we will actually get it. Fortunately when I called at the 3 week point they had our mattress and I reminded them they were supposed to deliver it as soon as available. After 4 weeks the mattress was delivered getting 2 70yo off the air mattress. Delivery of themattress was less than stellar. Biggest problem for me is no/none/nada follow-up on a special order before or since. It was promised. So we've made 3 payments and are still in camping chairs. Likely...
