I was very satisfied with the representative that assisted me with my $2,947.37 purchase. My issue is with the customer service representative. On 10/25/24 I purchased 2 wedding rings totaling $2,947.37 and the very next day they went down. I called customer service and the representative was very polite and adjusted my account $427.89. The very next week one of the rings went down another $100.00 and I called customer service and was told that JCPenney will only make one adjustment per item. I explained to her that that policy is not posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt. Prior to calling customer service the second time I went to the store and the sales clerk reassured me that customer service would do the adjustment.
