Bowles Farms — Attraction in Leonardtown

Super fun! Lots of activities to go see and do. Tickets are cheap and get you on the hay ride, animal barn, barrel train and in the maze.

Hayride - exactly what you think of when you say scenic route. Water barrel train - super fun even for older teens!! Corn maze - well designed and definitely a maze! Bring a hat, it gets sunny ☀️ Cupcakes- a must! They have such a variety at good prices Food court - lots of options, not too pricey! Pumpkins- such a variety! I loved picking out my own pumpkin and it was $8 for any pumpkin. Mine is blue and square, but they had white flat ones and ones that look like the sunset in addition to their classic orange pumpkins. Car show - the guys had a lot of fun looking at the older cars and fire trucks!

This is my first Pumpkin Patch and cornfield maze. I’ve always wanted to do so around Halloween timeframe and finally made it happen.

All and all a great experience and it’s kid friendly if you have children and a family friendly event during the day or even at night.

They take cash only for concessions however, take credit cards for admission.

The hot apple cider is great as are the cupcakes and sweets in the shop.

There are real restrooms in the barn area and portable restrooms throughout.

There was also cool Halloween decorated Jeeps at the parking lot for those wanting to show off their Jeeps.

Definitely recommend a visit when it’s back...

Normally we love this place, but I'm not sure what people who said there was appropriate social distancing and following of the safety protocols... maybe it was a bad day, but others have said other days were similar. Many people walk around without masks (or with them under their chins) unpoliced, queues often involve people standing in close proximity with inadequate separation, and some of the staff don't wear their masks properly.
