This is a small area that borders the R B Winters State Park in the Bald Eagle State Forest. It is mainly a picnic area off of Route 192. While it is small, it is beautiful. Rapid Run goes through the park and provides a photographic scenery.
This park doesn’t have a park office, but there is a map and info about the area and brochures are available. We stopped at the park in the winter after hiking at R B Winters SP and enjoyed the river.

If you are looking for the PSP passport stamps for this park there were some on the notice board near the front pavilion.
