I love it out here! We come several times a year. This is not a guided tour. You drive through and take as much or as little time as you want. You can pull over in certain spots, camping is allowed, though I'm not sure about the rules on that. We always try to catch the elk bugling and fighting over their harems, but these guys have finished with all that.
