I went fishing at Tower Bay Park and it turned out to be a great experience. The park is right on Lake Lewisville and has such a peaceful, scenic vibe. The boat ramp and fishing access are very convenient, making it easy to set up and spend time on the water. There’s plenty of space to spread out, so even on busier days it doesn’t feel overcrowded. I really liked how clean and well-kept the park is—there are picnic areas, restrooms, and walking trails if you want to take a break from fishing. It’s a good mix of relaxation and activity, whether you’re there with family or just by yourself. The views at sunset are especially beautiful, and it’s one of those spots you can keep coming back to. If you enjoy fishing, boating, or simply being outdoors, Tower Bay Park is definitely worth a visit.

Path over to island is nice. Island is very nice trail. But to connect to Denton Katy trail you have to go back to the overpass. That trail is probably great for bikes but fairly boring for hiking.

Primarily a fishing oriented spot. City of Lewisville has a nice 4 lane ramp, well thought out parking for loading in/ load out.The outhouse is even emptied on a regular basis. The only issue is on “amateur” holidays when jet skis seem to clog up the works. For the most part everyone is respectful of the ramp and getting out of their neighbors way. Regular patrols by a Lewisville P.D. very much appreciated. New condos might not be good for non residents, but hopefully they will enjoy the lake as the rest of us do. One comment on the “park” aspect, really not set up with shelter houses,...

It's a nice park with lots of parking for vehicles with trailers. There's a 4 lane boat ramp in great shape. The only reason for the 4 stars is the cost of $10 a day to use the boat ramp area. They do offer a $50 yearly pass but I don't know if you can buy it from the...
