Was just ok. Didn't encounter many staff members but the ones we saw seemed rushed and didnt interact with us. House is very outdated and showing its age in lots of spots. Our room had lots of ants and we didn't have any food or drink in our room either so may have been prior families? Decided to check out early...

They have done everything In their power to help me and my family. Our daughter was born at 25 weeks after her water broke at 18 weeks. Needless to say we have had an extremely ruff time but Ronald McDonald house charities have removed so much of our stress and anxiety and we will forever be grateful for them.

They have done everything In their power to help me and my family. Our daughter was born at 25 weeks after her water broke at 18 weeks. Needless to say we have had an extremely ruff time but Ronald McDonald house charities have removed so much of our stress and anxiety and we will forever be grateful for them.

Excellent! Very caring staff and volunteers to help you with anything. The other guests was great, there was 2 other nanas besides me. We set outside early one morning just talking, I was so stressed out that morning I was about to breakdown. We changed the subject and made each other feel better about everything, so we decided to start a Ronald McDonald House Nana Group. .. If I move to Lexington I will definitely be a...
