I love this park. I have been coming here for two years now. Turning in from club drive -it's easy to miss the parking lot or the sign detailing the park. I see some people fishing here. I hope they are throwing it back cause a long with the fish are old metal barrels and boots. Oddly I see families coming to the gazebo area to argue with each other publicly maybe they don't want to have bad energy in their space or maybe they "need some air". The park for the kids is clean and has a lot of space and variation and a ton of big slides. I enjoy walking along the dirty water and looking at the birds. It's very beautiful despite the toxic Gotham city joker color it sometimes has to it. I know if I touch the water I will get powers but there is not enough crime to fight in Gwinnett county. It would be a waste of powers. So I stay clear of the pond for now. Overall great park places to eat picnic and have a good time with the family.

I really like this park. I visit several times a month when possible. The bulk of the park, walking trail, and water retention pond is on the right when entering from Club drive. There is a smaller grassy area, short walking route, and benches on the left. Police officers like to sit on the left side at night also. The main thing it's missing is an enclosed place for my dogs to run around in unleashed if the park is empty, I let them play in the wooded area to the far left from the entrance. FOR THE OTHER PARENTS: PICK UP YOUR PET POOP AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR SELF + KIDS. PLEASE! THANK YOU. Two and a half play areas, a large field good for futbol, and courts for basketball or other games.

This is a small park that has recently been updated with more parking, restrooms, playground and walking trails. It's a great place to bring young kids to play as there are two play areas and a large field. The walking trail is limited at this time, so I wouldn't recommend coming here just to walk your dog, unless you want a very short walk (less than half mile). There are also two basketball courts. Love the lake lookout spots for just hanging out. I was a bit disappointed at the amount of trash floating around the lake edge... Community cleanup project needed.

The park is nice, decent and have clean bathrooms, proficient play grounds that is dedicated to allow the big kids to play on one side while the younger kids play on the other. It's fenced in and is ideal.. However, theres no lighting! No one street light, lamp post, lighted sidewalks and/or trails in the park. The bathroom is lighted but that's in the front and the lights only light up three miles in front of the park and not behind the bathroom where the playground is located.

The park sits to the street while the lake is behind the park and multiple neighborhoods are behind them both. And those aren't lighted either. Just as a security and safety aspect it's a deal breaker especially since it will be getting dark a little bit...

Small park with open field big enough to play soccer, one of the largest playgrounds I have seen near this area, and a small walkway for fishing at the lake. There is a tennis court here too. There were many people during the evening on Tuesday. I think there was a local men who gathered here to play soccer. I just walked on the walking trail that loops around the park. The trail was less than a mile long. I think the fishing area was this park's best feature. Lakeview is scenic, and lots of sitting area by it too. Only thing that made me uncomfortable are the ducks. I don't know if this is a pattern, but there is always that one duck that is very aggressive in every park with lake. Just be careful...
