Whippy Dip — Attraction in Lima

Best ice cream place in town. Despite the fact that I haven't been able to eat there in a few years and I noticed they made a few changes. I used to live down the road so I ate there quite often. They have a lot of options that's fs. I just like dipping my fries in cheese it came poured on them so my fingers get messy instead of having the option to dip. It's really not that serious I was disappointed when I ordered the fish I was doing laundry so I go all the way back to the laundry mat and had to turn around it was a friend piece of fish on a bun. And my fault for assuming I don't think it said anything besides it on the menu outside. But everywhere ya go has at least tarter sauce and a piece of cheese then the charged me to have it put on when I came all the way back. I'd just suggest just to prevent any issues if they want sauce and cheese and saying what the difference is to add 🤷🏻‍♀️ but i do support what she does for that area hiring young girls who do work very hard for the extra money. The food and ice cream is always very good but the older man not sure if he is the owner or manager, is very rude and disrespectful after I purchased ice cream and food. I parked my car behind the business not realizing it was for employees only so me and my children could eat ice cream at the park And when I returned for my car him and all of the employees was outside waiting for me and he continued to yell and scream at me after I repeatedly apologized, it seems that he wanted an argument that I would not give him after I apologize seven or eight times he finally yelled “next time I will call the wrecker” he could have simply just did that from the beginning🤷🏼‍♂️ it was an honest mistake. This is the second time in a month Whippy Dip has disappointed. Normally I get hand dipped cannoli ice cream from them twice a week. A month ago I got a large and it was basically a small. You can literally take this ice cream out and fit it into a small container with the portion they gave out. I decided to give them a second chance today on Mother’s Day thinking maybe a new employee just doesn’t know how to scoop the ice cream portions correctly. Nope this time was just as bad. I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment. It’s sad because they use to be great. Not this year. Today is my last day buying from them.
