Bunz Lavender Farm — Attraction in Lincoln

Avoid this place if you don't want to get ripped off! Like what others have said in the reviews, their customer service is TERRIBLE. One of the worst I've ever experienced. The person in charge of booking takes forever to respond which is a problem when your photographer has limited availability and makes planning unnecessarily difficult.

I had booked an appointment with my photographer and the weather had so much unexpected rain. I wanted to change my schedule to a different date but she would not accommodate. I kept checking their calendar on the new date just to see if they were fully booked or something, up until the day before. But they had so many time slots open! Talk about stingy! They never refunded me! This left such a bad taste that I will never plan to go here. There are so many other lavender farms in California. I'm all about supporting local farms but this place...NEVER will go here and will NOT recommend it to family and friends.

Very Beautiful Farm, specially for Photography. But as I photographer their customer service is awful. Every single time when I want book a session for photography, I should text and call many times, and after all when she response, she said, we are not available, we can't booking you and so on... Their attitude and their customer service very poor. Recently I wanted to book a session for Maternity session, and I was waiting for her response for more than 4 days, I called and texted her several times; after 4 days she responded to me, and she said " we are not able to booking"!!!!!! me and my client were waiting for more than 4 days for her response. Beautiful, serene, lovely, tranquil, and stunning are all adjectives I would use to describe this place. If you're looking to take photographs for any reason (Engagement, anniversary, maternity, family, etc...) THIS is the place to do it!!!! Only $40 for 2 hours of shooting time!!!!! ABSOLUTELY a steal for the backdrops they offer. I recommend evening hours for photos, between 6:30-8:30 pm (during the summer) because the lighting is PERFECT.
