Best trailhead access for both hikers, equestrian and PCT enthusiasts. Almost all 10,000ft plus, plenty of parking, way more than Whitney portal. Insane drive up along a steep narrow roadway. Amazing great hike to a valley full of lakes. Water flowing very well. Everything is so green, with soggy meadows leaking water everywhere, nice kittle yellow gound cover.
