I waited and waited at the warehouse to get my dog food. Rung the bell and waited some more. No one shows up. That’s fine. So I go back in to let someone at the register know. One of the people behind the counter was working on something for a customer that was to come in later. How do I know because I heard the conversation when I was paying for my dog food that I always purchase from her. I said, that no one was in the warehouse to help. All she said was just a minute ma’am. Not even looking up at me. Then the nice lady who checked me out proceeded to ask me what was the issue. Then the rude one asks her “what does she need”. then she proceed to say that they are very short handed and if I would wait outside someone would be with me shortly. No one asked you to come to work. I’m simply asking for great...
Read moreCalled and verified they had the fertilizer I needed. Got there and a guy helped me. I wanted something with specific types of nitrogen, Potash, etc. because I had my soil analyzed by the county. The guy waiting on me said his Dad might be more helpful. I called yesterday about a granular pesticide for grubs after doing extensive research online. They had what I needed, but their price was higher than Home Depot and Lowes. After checking found out that Ace Hardware beat them all, including Amazon. I prefer to buy locally if possible rather than Amazon. I feel I need to support the local businesses as much as possible, or one day there...

They stock hard to find wound sprays such as Spurs Big Fix, Underwood, and Eclipse, among many others, so that you have a wide variety when treating all those mysterious cuts and scrapes your horses inevitably appear with. It’s nice to go into a store and not have your ONLY option be Wonder Dust or Cut N Heal. I appreciate the higher end variety they offer. The employees are incredibly helpful and always take time to assist in any way they can. I go to this store about once a week at a minimum and have never walked out feeling unappreciated. This is a great store and we are lucky to have it...
