How beautiful! It's a little out of the way but I loved it. Yes I have a fascination with covered bridges but I love this location. Built in 1887 this is the longest covered bridge in Michigan and the St. Joseph River just adds to tge beauty and splendor of an era gone by. Very calming area but the bridge is still used so excercise caution. Of course I had to drive through her just to feel the history & it was fun. Enjoy a walk along the river & take in the picturesque views. Tip...make sure your tank is full since this is a bit remote and roads are subject to closure depending on weather conditions. Highly recommend if you're a bridge...

The only downside is it seems to be very heavily trafficked - we wanted to walk across but with so many cars it proved to be a bit difficult. But this landmark has so much history to it it's definitely worth going to. What a great...

This bridge is absolutely beautiful. We pulled off and took several pictures from the ground and air. I just love covered bridges. I will be going back, for sure. By the time I got there, the sun was setting. Just beautiful.

Always a wonderful experience in Saint Joe county USA. I have been coming here since I was a little girl. The more things change around us, the Park will probably always beckon to your nature side. Enjoy! 🤗🪻🌼🩷
