Update: since the breakup of the Gwinnett mtb group the trails here are no longer maintained. The east trails are seriously root technical flying ccw down MB3 you better have skills. Root highway! Also there are many areas that are ate out due to this years rain. They are muddy holes now. I fell in love on my first MTB ride on MB1, MB2, MB3. The trails are well maintained. They are challenging in many areas. The multi-use trail is very smooth. The new Harris trail is open heading you toward Tribblemill Park. This trail is planned to connect to the park. The restroom here are clean. Water available as well as a bike wash down. Very active on a Sunday. Look forward to hitting MB4 and MB5 on my next visit. 2022 trails are still good. However the Harris trail cut the MB5 trail and most of it is shutdown and blocked. It does not take long to ride all the...
Read moreGood park if its close to home however if you are like me and have fort yargo and chicoppee right up the street as well then it becomes hard to justify a trip to harbins. You get a mellow straight away followed by switchback which can be fun if ridden fast enough. Ive heard there are some nice things towards the back of the trail which i have yet to get to. Mostly because i go with my 11 year old and hes usually bored by the time we get halfway down. They need to incorporate more of the stuff down there up front if not at an expert level then at least beginner friendly. Small bumps instead...

Really easy and flowy. There is a trail that runs off the back side of this loop but I'm not real sure how hard or long the loop is. EDITED - THE MAIN TRAIL HAS LOOPS FOR EVERYONE. MY TWO BOYS DID THE 1 AND TWO MILE LOOPS. IT IS KIND OF ROOTY, BUT NOT BAD. It is definitely thicker in the woods back there and the trail or loop is not shown on the map that I'm aware of. I think the other side would be to far and tough for them....
