We stumbled upon this fantastic climbing / obstacle course experience while on a spontaneous walk, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how organized the place was. The staff were not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, making us feel welcome and well-informed right away.

For those who might find the idea of higher elevations or a obstacle course a bit intimidating, rest assured that safety is the top priority here. The thorough safety protocols are meticulously explained before you start your first route, which significantly eased our nerves. The equipment is top-notch, and every precaution is taken to ensure climbers are safe throughout the experience.

What really stands out is how family-friendly the place is. It’s an excellent spot for not just families, but also adult groups and team-building activities. The variety of climbing obstacles, mostly shaded by mature California oak trees, provides a perfect blend of adventure and comfort. The views of the valley from the courses are simply breathtaking, adding an extra layer of awe to the climb.

Moreover, the pricing is very reasonable for the experience offered. But what truly makes this place shine is the staff. They are patient, incredibly friendly, and always ready to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

Highline Adventures (est 2022) is a premier outdoor adventure park that offers thrilling experience. It's located on Hwy 246 in Buellton, CA. It is the state's fastest and biggest zipline tours. Upon arrival visitors will Check-in at basecamp and sign a waiver, if you haven't done it online. Your personal belongings can be kept safe at basecamp in their cubbies. There is a short hike and a 20 minute open jeep ride going to the first zipline. It gets pretty dusty along the way btw.

The 2-hour zipline consist of 3 tandem zipline (3, 2 & 1) levels, guest soar for a total of 7,500 feet of cable at 400 ft. Their level 3 is the highest and longest zipline at 3,360 feet with speed of 40 mph; level 2 is moderately high and long zipline at 2,100 ft with speed over 50 mph; level 1 is the lowest and shortest zipline at 1,1940 ft with speed over 60 mph. Make sure to bring a DJI GoPro! Cellphone is risky once it dropped it is GONE in perpetuity.

The best part was the breathtaking view of Santa Ynez Valley. And it wasn't that hot today thanks to the light cool breeze of September. Price for the zipline course was worth every dollar. Our Tour Guides were knowledgeable and affable. Therefore, I gave a significant tip for their service.

My wife and I went zip lining for our 30th anniversary. Cody and Brad made the experience extra special. This is our second visit and will be back every time we visit the Santa Ynez valley.

This is the 3rd time we’ve visited Highline Adventures. It was for my 54th birthday and we had a big group. There were 8 that went zip lining and 2 older adults (78 &81) and a baby (22 months) that went to watch. My mother pre purchased the tickets and unfortunately because she’s a little older made a mistake when doing so. Spencer and Brad were so patient with my mother and father. It was kinda a fiasco getting the old folks and the baby up to watch us zip line down the mountain at no fault of the business. Brad and Spencer went up and above making the experience memorable for myself and my mother whose birthday it happened to be also. Adam and Peyton were our guides and they were really awesome. They played good music and were just a really fun pair. My parents own a townhome across the valley from Highline Adventures. We can see people zip lining from the windows of our bedroom.

I had so much fun, we will continue to go every time we go up to visit. I want to send a heart felt thank you Brad, Spencer, Adam and Peyton for making my 54th birthday a special occasion and having a lot of patience with my aging parents who aren’t that easy to get...
