The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. They truly care about helping you find new and exciting titles tailored to your interests. The amount of free events and concerts available (even remotely during the pandemic) is incredible. Digital media access and public forms availability is great. Of course, the annual Fourth of July fireworks show is breathtaking. Laurel County Public Library is located less than a mile walk from the Historic London Downtown Kentucky on the same ground of Somerset Community College. A beautiful Public Library with outdoor seatings with private rooms for individuals studying. Black History Month was celebrated with arrays of displays of notable heroes of their time.
