Probably one of the nicest public beaches I've been to in Cape disappointment. The views are stunning and despite its cove like layout, there is a lot to explore here. It's also a great place to chill while the kids and dogs play. I especially liked all of the driftwood covering the beach. People actively build structures with it, like big Lincoln logs. My son had a blast building a giant beach chair. It's also very friendly for dogs. They must be leashed, but there's nothing sharp and the layout is simple enough that you can leash walk, even over the rocks to the west. We ended up spending half the day here and didn't even notice the time go by. Highly recommended, especially...

This is a beautiful place to go any time during the year!! During storms is the best because if the bug waves that come in and hit the rocks. And its cool when the surfing seals are their if you haven't gotten to see them you have to go and see if their out. Mornins are the beat te to try and see them. And during the summer its a fun place to go down and play in the waves and play on the beach and if the tides out far enough go into Dead Man's...

This place was SO cool!! Visited on Black Friday and it wasn't too busy. This was a really cool little area with interesting looking sand and TREMENDOUS waves that were a sight to see(and hear!). It was an easy and short walk down to the beach but there is a bit of driftwood you have to navigate to get down to the water, but there are little paths in it. Overall a super cool little stop!...

It is beautiful. There are two caves. One can see Light house far away. Though, beach was not easily accessible. IOne need to go through lot of wooden logs and rocks to reach beach. It was scary. In addition, folks have put garbage :-(. Full point for beauty but not happy with maintenance and accessibility considering they are charging entry fee.
