We joined the meat club in March 2022 and could not be happier. It is amazing to see the animals have such good lives and how the different types of animals support each other, like the mobile chicken units fertilizing the grass, making it bright green and nutrient dense for the cows to graze on. The lamb, pork, beef, chicken, and even goat meat have been thoroughly enjoyed in our house. Plus, the pacing of the meat club being 2x per month means storage of the meat is totally and easily manageable for our small family. My favorites are the small lamb roasts (easy dinner for 4) and the whole chickens. Or maybe my favorites are the lamb curry dishes we’ve experimented with, or the strip steaks that make world class tacos, or the bright yellow yolks of the best pickled eggs I have ever eaten, or the weekend omelettes…I can’t pick! We loved it so much my husband started working there :-)...
Read moreAbsolutely 5 stars, would give a higher rating if I could. Spoke to Adam, he and Dave helped me get 1/2 a steer after it had just come back from the butchers. We got 300lbs if delectable meat, all great cuts, and Dave and Adam made sure to include all the cuts I wanted, and some bonus items too (like soup bones, bone marrow, etc). They were super nice, great at communicating, and they even loaded up my beef order when I stopped by. They have a nice little shop on site stocked to the brim with tons of delicious beef, lamb, chicken, fish, aged cheese, milk, eggs, etc. Highly recommend...
